Kids don’t like to have kanji or porridge prepared with health mix powder. Instead , you can make this health mix ladoo recipe to your kids . It is a complete healthy packed snack for kids. In my home, my mom make this HEALTH MIX POWDER / SATHU MAAVU RECIPE in huge amount . My mom Pack this Health mix powder recipe in a big jar for my sister studying in hostel. she didn’t get nutritious food in a hostel. this will be a great healthy snack that she can make and have it 10 min whenever she needs it. This is prepared completely with a 100% healthy organic ingredients.

Tips to make Perfect Health Mix Ladoo Recipe :

  • Add or Reduce the Brown sugar level to your sweetness.
  • You can heat Ghee, roast any Dry fruits , add it to the health mix powder and make ladooo. It enhance the taste for the recipe and it is healthy too.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup HEALTH MIX POWDER / SATHU MAAVU RECIPE
  • 2 tbsp Brown sugar
  • 1 tsp Ghee

Instructions
 

Version 1 :

  • Add 1 cup of home made HEALTH MIX POWDER / SATHU MAAVU RECIPE in a bowl , 3 tbsp of Brown sugar . ( dry fruits , ghee are optional ) Mix well.
  • Add the hot water into the mixture and mix well and make a smooth dough.
  • Take small portion of the sadhu maavu mixture and make balls. Then repeat the same for the remaining portion.
  • Health Mix Ladoo Recipe is ready to serve. 

Version 2 :

  • Take a Hot tadka Pan, add 2 tbsp of ghee, Dry fruits (your choice ). roast it until it changes it color. Then, add it to the Health mix powder with brown sugar. Mix well and make balls and serve it .
