Cut the sides of the bread.
Blend it well into fine powder like bread crumbs.
Take a bowl to add powdered bread, Milk powder, and mix well.
Add warm milk step by step, knead to a soft dough.
Make small balls from the dough without any crack on the balls. (apply ghee in your hands to avoid sticky)
Heat a pan with enough oil to deep fry the Jamun balls.
Gently add the bread Jamun and fry it in low flame.
Stir it in between, until the balls turn a golden brown color.
Once the ball fried, add it immediately into the hot sugar syrup.
Cover with the lid; Let it soak for at least 2 hours.
Garnish with chopped pistachios, and serve it warm or cold.
