Egg Noodles Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 200 grams Noodles
  • 1 no Onion (Finely Chopped)
  • 1/4 Cup Red Capsicum ( Chopped )
  • 1/4 Cup Yellow Capsicum ( Chopped )
  • 1/4 Cup Cabbage (chopped)
  • 2 strigs Spring onions (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Onion powder
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil(any cooking oil)
  • 1 tsp Pepper powder
  • Salt to taste.

Instructions
 

  • Heat a pan, add 3 eggs, salt and scramble it well. and keep it aside. Chop the onion, Capsicums, Cabbage finely and keep it aside.
  • Take a pan, add enough water, tsp of salt to boil the noodles. ( Follow the instructed cooking time in the label of noodles). strain the water using colender, rinse the noodles with cold water to keep them non- sticky
  • Heat a wide pan in high flame, add 1 tbsp of oil, chopped onion and saute it for 2 min, then add the cabbage and saute for a min, then add the capsicums and mix well togetjher and cook for 2 min.
  • Now, add 1/2 tsp of garlic powder,1/2 tsp of soya sauce, salt, mix well. Now, add 1/2 tsp of garlic powder,1/2 tsp of soya sauce, salt mix well.
  • Add the cooked noodles, chopped spring onions scrambled eggs, Pepper powder and gently mix it and cook for 1-2 min. Serve it hot.
