Ingredients
  

  • 2 nos Egg
  • 1 no Big onion (chopped)
  • 1 tsp Kashmiri chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp Garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
  • 2 tsp Cooking oil
  • 1/4 tsp Mustard seeds
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1 sprig Curry leaves
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

Preparation:

  • Boil 2 eggs in a pot with enough water for about 10-12 min. 
    Peel the eggshell and cut the eggs into half. Keep it aside.

Method:

  • Heat a pan, add of oil, cumin seeds, urad & mustard seeds. once the mustard gets poped up, add curry leaves and 1 big chopped onions and saute it until the onion gets glossy.
  • Add,Kashmiri chili, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, turmeric powder, garam masala, salt to taste and Mix well and cook, until the raw smell goes away.
  • Add the sliced boiled eggs and cook for about a min on each side.
