Boil 2 eggs in a pot with enough water for about 10-12 min. Peel the eggshell and cut the eggs into half. Keep it aside.
Method:
Heat a pan, add of oil, cumin seeds, urad & mustard seeds. once the mustard gets poped up, add curry leaves and 1 big chopped onions and saute it until the onion gets glossy.
Add,Kashmiri chili, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, turmeric powder, garam masala, salt to taste and Mix well and cook, until the raw smell goes away.
Add the sliced boiled eggs and cook for about a min on each side.
