- 200 gram Maggie vegetable noodles Pack you can use any plain noodles
- 2 tsp Olive oil or any cooking oil
- 1/4 cup Chopped carrot
- 1/4 cup Fresh Sweet Corn
- 1/4 cup brocolli
- 1/4 cup Chopped beans
- 1/4 cup Green peas
- 2 nos slit green chiles. add or reduce the green chilies upto your spice level.
- 1/2 tsp Pepper powder
- salt to taste
Heat a wide pan with 2 tsp of olive oil. Once the oil gets heated up, add 2 nos slit green chiles, and 1/2 tsp of chopped garlic saute well.
Add the chopped vegetables with a pinch of salt, and saute well for a min. add 2 cups of water and 1/4 cup of green peas. Mix well. Cover it with a lid and cook for about 5 – 7 min.
Now, add the taste-maker masala pack. Mix well.
Add the noodles. Mix and cook for 2 mins.
After 2 min, once the water gets evaporated. Add a tsp of pepper powder and give a gentle mix. Serve it hot. Yummy! Veg Maggie Noodles - in my Style is ready.
