Heat a pan with 3tbsp oil, mustard, cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds, curry leaves. Sauté well.
Now add chopped onion, salt, and cook well till onion turns glassy.
Then, add 1 cup of Garlic, cook well.
Add ½ tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp chili powder, 3 tbsp Kuzhambu masala and sauté well on low flame.
Now, add tomato-onion paste and Sauté well.
Add the 1cup water, mix well.
Add the ½ cup tamarind juice in it and cook well.
Then, add the coconut paste, cook for 10 min, and add the salt if required.
