Take a pan to heat 2 tbsp oil, mustard seeds, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, cumin seeds, curry leaves, sauté it.
Add the grounded masala paste and sauté it well.
Add chopped mushrooms, salt, cook well for 10 min.
Then, add cashew paste, mix, cook well.
Garnish it with coriander leaves and turn off the flame.
Simple Mushroom Gravy is ready to serve. Serve it with roti, steamed plain white rice , veetable biriyani , coconut milk rice.
