- Take a pan to heat 2 tbsp oil, mustard seeds,  cinnamon, cloves, cardamom,     cumin seeds, curry leaves, sauté it. 
- Add the grounded masala paste and sauté it well. 
- Add chopped mushrooms,  salt, cook well for 10 min. 
- Then, add cashew paste, mix, cook well. 
- Garnish it with coriander leaves and turn off the flame. 
- Simple Mushroom Gravy is ready to serve. Serve it with roti,  steamed plain white rice , veetable  biriyani , coconut milk rice.
