Veg Maggie Noodles – in my Style is an easy and quick recipe. It is a one-pot recipe to make in a few minutes. The best recipe for a bachelor.

Ingredients
  

  • 200 gram Maggie vegetable noodles Pack you can use any plain noodles
  • 2 tsp Olive oil or any cooking oil
  • 1/4 cup Chopped carrot
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Sweet Corn
  • 1/4 cup brocolli
  • 1/4 cup Chopped beans
  • 1/4 cup Green peas
  • 2 nos slit green chiles. add or reduce the green chilies upto your spice level.
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper powder
  • salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Heat a wide pan with 2 tsp of olive oil. Once the oil gets heated up, add 2 nos slit green chiles, and 1/2 tsp of chopped garlic saute well.
  • Add the chopped vegetables with a pinch of salt, and saute well for a min. add 2 cups of water and 1/4 cup of green peas. Mix well. Cover it with a lid and cook for about 5 – 7 min.
  • Now, add the taste-maker masala pack. Mix well.
  • Add the noodles. Mix and cook for 2 mins.
  • After 2 min, once the water gets evaporated. Add a tsp of pepper powder and give a gentle mix. Serve it hot. Yummy!  Veg Maggie Noodles – in my Style is ready.

Step by Step pictorial method to make Veg Maggie Noodles – in my Style :

  1. Heat a wide pan with 2 tsp of olive oil, with 2 nos slit green chiles.

Add the chopped vegetables with a pinch of salt, and saute well for a min. add 2 cups of water and 1/4 cup of green peas. Mix well.

2. Cover it with a lid and cook for about 5 – 7 min.

3. Now, add the taste-maker masala pack given in the noodles pack. Mix well.

4. Add the noodles to the pan, mix well, and cook for 2 min.

5. After 2 min, once the water gets evaporated. Add a tsp of pepper powder and give a gentle mix. Serve it hot.

Finally, Garnish with 2 tbsp spring onion and enjoy Veg maggie Noodles
