Simple Egg fry
Ingredients
- 2 nos Egg
- 1 no Big onion (chopped)
- 1 tsp Kashmiri chili powder
- 1/4 tsp Garam masala
- 1/2 tsp Cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
- 2 tsp Cooking oil
- 1/4 tsp Mustard seeds
- 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
- 1 sprig Curry leaves
- Salt to taste
Instructions
Preparation:
- Boil 2 eggs in a pot with enough water for about 10-12 min. Peel the eggshell and cut the eggs into half. Keep it aside.
Method:
- Heat a pan, add of oil, cumin seeds, urad & mustard seeds. once the mustard gets poped up, add curry leaves and 1 big chopped onions and saute it until the onion gets glossy.
- Add,Kashmiri chili, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, turmeric powder, garam masala, salt to taste and Mix well and cook, until the raw smell goes away.
- Add the sliced boiled eggs and cook for about a min on each side.
