Tips For Making noodles :
- You can use any kind of noodles. if u want healthy noodles go with wheat noodles.
- Cooking in high flame is important to the Chinese dishes which gives a smoky aroma. In-Home, heavy bottom pan works well.
- Soya sauce is the main ingredient in Chinese dishes. using organic soya sauce is good for health. Feel free to add your own choice of sauces like chili sauce, schezwan sauce. tomato sauce.
- Add the noodles only after the water in a rolling boil state. Follow the instructions of the cooking time for the noodles. cooking time varies for noodles size and shape.
- Read the instructions of the noodles pack and add salt, oil .Because ,Some noodles are already salt.

Egg Noodles Recipe
Ingredients
- 200 grams Noodles
- 1 no Onion (Finely Chopped)
- 1/4 Cup Red Capsicum ( Chopped )
- 1/4 Cup Yellow Capsicum ( Chopped )
- 1/4 Cup Cabbage (chopped)
- 2 strigs Spring onions (finely chopped)
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Onion powder
- 1 tbsp Olive oil(any cooking oil)
- 1 tsp Pepper powder
- Salt to taste.
Instructions
- Heat a pan, add 3 eggs, salt and scramble it well. and keep it aside. Chop the onion, Capsicums, Cabbage finely and keep it aside.
- Take a pan, add enough water, tsp of salt to boil the noodles. ( Follow the instructed cooking time in the label of noodles). strain the water using colender, rinse the noodles with cold water to keep them non- sticky
- Heat a wide pan in high flame, add 1 tbsp of oil, chopped onion and saute it for 2 min, then add the cabbage and saute for a min, then add the capsicums and mix well togetjher and cook for 2 min.
- Now, add 1/2 tsp of garlic powder,1/2 tsp of soya sauce, salt, mix well. Now, add 1/2 tsp of garlic powder,1/2 tsp of soya sauce, salt mix well.
- Add the cooked noodles, chopped spring onions scrambled eggs, Pepper powder and gently mix it and cook for 1-2 min. Serve it hot.
- Yummy !! Delicious & Quick Egg Noodles Recipe is ready to serve.
Step by Step Pictorial method to make Egg Noodles Recipe:
i)Heat a Pan, add 3 eggs, salt and scramble it well. and keep it aside .
ii) Take a pan, add enough water, tsp of salt to boil the noodles. ( Follow the instructed cooking time in the label of noodles). strain the water using a colander, rinse the noodles with cold water to keep them non-sticky.
iii) Chop the onion, Capsicums, Cabbage into finely and keep it aside.
- Heat a wide pan in high flame, add 1 tbsp of oil, chopped onion and saute it for 2 min, then add the cabbage and saute for a min, then add the capsicums and mix well together and cook for 2 min.
- Now, add 1/2 tsp of garlic powder ,1/2 tsp of soya sauce, salt , mix well.
Add the cooked noodles, chopped spring onions scrambled eggs, Pepper powder and gently mix it and cook for 1-2 min. Serve it hot.
