Ghee Mysore Pak Recipe is a soft and delicious sweet recipe. I am not a great fan of sweets. My husband loves Sri Krishna sweets. I tried it for the first time. and it came out well. Saravana loves it. Mysore Pak. This ghee Mysore Pak is soft with loads of ghee in your mouth for every single bite.

Tips to make Perfect GHEE MYSORE PAK RECIPE :

  • Use lightly warm ghee & oil to mix with gram flour to get rid of the raw smell out of the gram flour.
  • Gram flour and ghee mix should be smooth without any lumps.
  • Make sure Sugar and Gram flour ratios are 1: 1.
  • One string Sugar syrup consistency is very important
  • Do not overcook Mysore Pak. Follow the instruction time.
  • This step is vital to get the soft Mysore Pak texture. Once the Mysore Pak mix gets thick, Turn off the flame and stir well for 1-2 min.
  • Always keep the flame low. do not increase it to medium or high. then, ghee and gram flour may separate.

Ghee Mysore Pak Recipe

Ghee Mysore Pak Recipe is a soft and delicious sweet recipe. This ghee Mysore Pak is soft with loads of ghee in your mouth for every single bite.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Besan / Gram Flour
  • 1 Cup Ghee
  • 1/4 Cup cooking oil
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Water

Instructions
 

  • Heat the oil and ghee together , keep it aside.
  • Take a bowl to add gram flour and add 3/4 cup light warm ghee- oil and mix well without any lumps. Make sure the gram flour mixture has to be smooth to get soft Mysore Pak texture.
  • In another pan, add 1 cup sugar wih 1 cup of water bring it to boil. in medium flame to reach one string consistency .
  • In Low flame ,Add the gram flour- ghee mix and stir well until the mixture combined with sugar syrup.
  • Now add 1/2 cup ghee and mix well until the ghee gets absorbed. Cook until the mixture is smooth and bubble come .
  • Now, Turn off the flame stir the mixture for 60-90 seconds until the mixture separates the pan with smooth texture .
  • Transfer the Mysore Pak mixture to the greased tray and level up . Leave it for 20- 30 min .
  • Invert the tray and unmold the ghee Mysore Pak and slice it into pieces.
  • Enjoy  the yummy, mouthwatering Ghee Mysore pak. Store it in an  iartight container for 2 weeks by refrigerating.

Step by Step Pictorial method of Ghee Mysore Pak Recipe :

Heat the oil and ghee together, keep it aside.

Make sure the gram flour mixture has to be smooth to get a soft Mysore Pak texture.

In Low flame ,Add the gram flour- ghee mix and stir well until the mixture combined with sugar syrup.

Now add remaining 1/2 cup ghee -oil and mix well, until the ghee gets absorbed. Cook until the mixture is smooth and bubble come .

Now, Turn off the flame stir the mixture for 60-90 seconds until the mixture seperates the pan with smooth texture .

Transfer the Mysore Pak mixture to the greased tray and level up . Leave it for 20- 30 min .

Invert the tray and unmold the ghee Mysore Pak and slice it into pieces.

Enjoy  the yummy, mouthwatering Ghee Mysore Pak. Store it in an  airtight container for 2 weeks by refrigerating.
