Ingredients
  

  • 500 gm Chicken with bones
  • 3 tbsp Groundnut Oil (any cooking oil)
  • 1 tsp Mustard & urad
  • 1 tsp Fennel seeds
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1 Sprigs Curry leaves
  • 1 no Big onion Finely chopped
  • 1 no Tomato (blend well and make juice)
  • 1 tsp Ginger-Garlic paste
  • 2 tsp Chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Garam masala powder
  • 2 stalks. Corriander leaves
  • Required salt

Instructions
 

  • Cut, Clean, wash the chicken pieces with turmeric powder.
  • Take a pan, to heat 3 tbsp of oil . once the
    oil gets heated up, Add 1 tsp of mustard and urad cumin seeds, fennel seeds, curry leaves.
  • Then, add the chopped onion and saute well until it turns glossy. Then , add ginger- Garlic paste and saute well until the raw smell goeswaay .
  • Now, add the cleaned chicken pieces and mix well. add the req salt.
  • Add , turmeric powder, chili powder, garam masala, mix werll.
  • Add the tomato paste, 1/4 cup of water ,mix well and cook for 5-7 min by covering with lid. once the oil gets seperated ,add Garnish with the chopped corriander leaves .
  • Chicken Chukka recipe is ready to serve . serve it with the plain rice, biriyani,idly and dosa

Step by step method of how to make Chicken Chukka Recipe :

Step 1 : Cut, Clean, wash the chicken pieces with turmeric powder.

Step 2: Take a pan, to heat 2 tbsp of oil . once the oil gets heated up, Add 1 tsp of mustard and urad cumin seeds, fennel seeds, curry leaves.

Step 3 :Then, add the chopped onion and saute well until it turns glossy.

Step 4: Then, add ginger- garlic paste and saute well until the raw smell goes away

Step 5 :Now, add the cleaned chicken pieces and mix well and add the required salt.

Step 6 :Add ,turmeric powder, chili powder, garam masala, mix well.

Step 7 :Add the tomato paste and mix well.

Step 8: Add 1/4 cup of water and mix well and cook for 5-7 min by covering with the lid.

Step 9: Once the oil gets separated, Sprinkle the chopped coriander leaves and mix well.

Serve it hot with plain steamed rice, Biriyani, Roti, Idli, Dosa.
